Specialist Process Improvement - Mobilink GSM - Islamabad Job Description Ideal candidate should: •Hold a Bachelors degree •Have at least 3-4 years of relevant experience with specialization in Process Improvement Job Description • Lead and ensure end to end management of process improvement projects. •Use quality & process improvement tools and techniques, assign project team tasks and complete process improvement projects •Support in defining problem & project objectives •Collect and analyze relevant data for optimizing and controlling the process output •Create project plans and guide team members to complete projects in timely manner •Assist in defining KPIs for departments and selected processes •Manage & report KPIs dashboards on periodic basis •Collect and validate data for KPI reporting •Work with appropriate customers to identify and coordinate new enhancements •Maintain effective communication and working relationships with stakeholders including project team members •Identify and document opportunities to fulfill project requirements •Prepare and present oral and/or written reports and project presentations •Assist in organizing and conducting project meetings Essential Skills •Strong analysis and strategic thinking ability • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Effective planning and organizing skills • Effective decision making and problem solving skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Statistical tools and SQL jobs.mobilinkgsm/jobs.php
