Burrata cheese plate with crispy ciabatta bread, roasted tomatoes and Parma prosciutto 2. “Pork Wings” two pork shanks marinated in a spicy balsamic glaze served over soft polenta 3. Seared yellow fin tuna. Sesame seed encrusted and topped with a balsamic wasabi glaze 4. A dozen Blue point oysters on the half shell Salad: Marinated and grilled octopus tossed with kalamata olives, celery and giante beans over baby arugula Pizza: “Pesto Primo” Fontina, mozzarella, parmesean cheeses, roasted red peppers, pesto, garlic, and olive oil Pasta: Tomato splashed pumpkin and sage ravioli’s in a sage brown butter Pesce: Florida Golden tile fish pan sautéed and topped with a lemon Brodetto with cherrystone clams. Accompanied with a side of Dried cherry mostarda Duck: “Abruzzio” Maple leaf farms organic duck breast pan seared in a honey, clove, anise and cinnamon glaze. Served with a side of soft polenta.
