Spent an entire hour on the phone trying to book my visit with Joshy this weekend when I finally get thru she says she has to check something n puts me on hold only to cut me off completely so I had to ring back n start all over again, aarrggghhhhh!!! Finally after almost 2hrs I am booked in thank god!! After 3months vacation from this rigmarole I have forgotten how painfully frustrating dealing with these c#*@ts is! Cant wait for freedom....its not just them in prison its their entire families as well n Im bloody over it!! :( grrrrrrr
