Spent my night watching Rage. I watched and listened for hours and my ears got a chance to kind of acclimatise to the current popular sounds and artists going round at the moment. Its rare for me to hear my music played in amongst that all and it was cool. But i have to say, the moment my own song came on, it really sounded like nothing else on there. It really stood out. This is straight after i got back from a ballzy heavy/hard rock gig, where i met a bunch of people who had heard of me and absolutely loved my stuff. Completely different audience of music, and it was cool too. Made me realise, Im so thankful that my music is connecting with all kinds of music lovers. Even though I feel like my music is not a direct fit anywhere, Im happy to have all you fans from all kinds of musical taste diggin my stuff. Just sharing some thoughts. Thank you all.
