Spent over 6 hours with technical support for Time Warner cable for no WiFi, escalated to top tier support (home visit) when I thought... I took a simple little tool (a paperclip) and did a hard reset on both modem and router, BINGO. Am I a genius or are technicians at Time Warner just retarded? With what TW charges for substandard Internet service you would think they could have better trained technicians; not monkeys who read scripts off of e-cuecards. I guess applying for a job at TW is out of the question now (HEHE). Please share this with as many people as you know. It is time that corporations that hold monopolies are held responsible for substandard service and high rates. I have NEVER ask people to share something on FB before, so please... help spread the word.
