I hear that they no longer will stick a gun into your cell and try to shoot you. In their defense I did repeatedly assault their fists and feet with my head and ribs, while they dragged me to the cell, and for good luck punted my face as I lay on my belly in the cell, after they took my booking photo. Yes it was quite a night, who was I to start yelling and pounding on the Plexiglas which covered the bars except for a slot on the lower right of the door. And I had the nerve to tell the officer who came back there and told me to shut up, to suck my (you know). His face turned beat red and pull out his pistol, yes he had a gun in the cell block area, stuck into the slot and tried to get a bead on me. I jumped against the Plexiglas kicked at the gun and tried to yank it out of his hand, yes I had a hold of it, but he was able to pull it away from me. I started yelling, hes got a gun back here, a few times as I thought this crazy MFr was going to shoot me. Others uniformed cops came back and took it away from him. Turned into 2 days of chilling, cold as hell, and not being fed. Who was I to question the right of the BPD detectives to search my vehicle, which I had parked on private property. I was walking to the corner with a map in my hand to get my bearings as I was lost in the city. A car came driving up and I walked toward it to ask directions, turned out to be unmarked car with two plainclothes BPD. I saw their radio immediately and said sorry didnt know youre working. No problem what do you need, Im trying to get to Roxbury Circle?? Why you going there? I know how to get to where Im going from there. Where you going? To a friends place. Whats his name? Thanks officers, I should be able to find it, and backed away from their vehicle. At this point they hopped out grabbed me cuffed me, through the contents of my pockets on the ground. Nothing illegal on my person, so he says well Ill search his truck. I state, You cant search my vehicle, its on private property and thats against my constitutional rights. He Replied The constitution is under suspension tonight in Boston. I dont need to say more we know the police do whatever they want whenever they want..this was 1997...dont think its gotten any better. Saw them in action after the Boston Bombing, treating everyone like slaves to this fascist government.
