Spent the afternoon with Dr.Mike to find out that my Sara has runners knee and 2 sm tears in her ACL and in her meniscus in her right knee :( Her coach Dennis Christensen put her on the....NO fencing list for awhile and Dr. Mike has her doing some exercises to align the kneecap and contrast therapy. Hopefully.....being young, an athlete and being healthy will lead to a speedy recovery! Abby is in need of contrast therapy also! Keeps pointing to her knee......boo-boo
