You can find me at https://facebook/Jane.Rivas This one is always a crowd favorite at parties! 2 cans Artichoke hearts drained and roughly chopped 1 small box of frozen spinach, cooked and squeezed dry 1 med clove of garlic, minced fine 1 green onion diced 1/2 cup mayo -- Gr yogurt too 1/2 cup sour cream 1 cup Parmesan cheese 1 cup pepper jack cheese Spray your casserole dish with non-stick spray, Heat oven to 170 In a bowl, mix all ingredients except pepper jack cheese, pour into casserole dish and top with pepper jack cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
