Spoiled Acres Rescue Inc is having a large fundraising event held on their behalf. It is Ride4Rescue . The event will be July 19th, 20th, and 21st. This event will be held at East Fork State Park. The horse camping area has been reserved for the entire weekend. Friday night July 19th will be camping. Saturday July 20th there will be a horseback ride starting at 11am. There will also be an Obstacle Challenge. Then from 11am-8pm vendors will be set up for a Tack Swap. Another night of camping on July 20th and after breakfast on Sunday there will be more time to ride before heading home. During the entire event there will be silent auction items, door prizes and food available for purchase. Spoiled Acres Rescue Inc is looking for sponsors to help offset the costs of putting on the ride. The costs include port a potty rental, silent auction items, signage, flyers, food, t-shirt printing, etc. We are estimating a crowd of 150+ people to attend all or part of the event, with the tack swap drawing in a lot of people who will shop and leave. There are 60 camping spots and those people will be camping the entire weekend. In addition to those attending the event, we have over 800 people following the event online. We have developed levels of sponsorship: $1,000---Sponsors will receive advertisement on Spoiled Acres Rescue Inc website with traffic averaging 1000+ hits a day (advertisement will remain for the remainder of 2013), advertisement on flyers that will have a printing of 500 and be distributed all over the Tri-State area, advertisement on our Facebook page with 15,000 fans (advertisement will be pinned for the entire month of July), and advertisement on main event tent at event in the form of a banner. Sponsors will also receive a tax deduction. $700---Sponsors will receive advertisement on flyers that will have a printing of 500 and be distributed all over the Tri-State area, advertisement on our Facebook page with 15,000 fans (advertisement will be pinned for the entire month of July), and advertisement on main event tent at event in the form of a banner. Sponsors will also receive a tax deduction. $500--- Sponsors will receive advertisement on our Facebook page with 15,000 fans (advertisement will be pinned for the entire month of July), and advertisement on main event tent at event in the form of a banner. Sponsors will also receive a tax deduction. $100--- Sponsors will receive advertisement on our Facebook page with 15,000 fans (advertisement will be pinned for the entire month of July). Sponsors will also receive a tax deduction. In addition to Sponsorship, any items donated to the Silent Auction will have the donor listed while on the auction table and will be also be announced at the end of the auction when winning bids are announced. There will also be a listing placed on our Facebook page acknowledging the item and the donor. Spoiled Acres Rescue Inc is 501c3 and donations can be deducted from taxes.
