Spoiler Alert! First of all do not compare Kochadaiiyaan with TinTin and other Motion capture movies. Given the budget constraint, we must appreciate the whole team for giving such a good end product. We all know the power of Rajini and this movie is a testament to his Stardom. The mere appearance of his name in the opening credits makes people go crazy and this movie is no exception (Watch out for a surprise!) Rajnis powerful eyes, brisk walk and his trademark smile are those which attacts audience the most. While they had recreated his walk and smile in animation to a good extent, his eyes somehow looks squint for most parts of the movie, a thing which could have been done better. All the character modelling has been handled quite well except Deepika and Sarathkumar. But it was such a relief to hear proper Tamil from Deepika Padukone, after the Chennai Express Hangover. And Kudos to Ar Rahman for his world class BGM works and songs. I felt goosebumps during a couple of songs(Believe me). Watched it in Sathyam for the special effects and I will definitely watch this movie again in some not-so-sophisticated theatre to feel the RAJNI effect. Truly, an out of the world experience when compared to Indian Cinema Standards. Go for it! - By a Die hard Kamalhassan fan and a Hardcore Rajni Admirer.
