***Spoilers*** Went to see this. It goes by quick but is so full of violations of orbital mechanics that it undercuts suspension of disbelief. One example: objects moving faster (relatively) will move into a higher orbit, while slower moving objects will decay. So say a satellite was to explode at a given orbit (height), some of the pieces would be accelerated and would climb to a higher orbit, some would decelerate and decay, while others would stay in place, i.e. instead of having a complete satellite, you would have pieces of that spacecraft floating around in the same orbit (height and speed) as the original spacecraft. You may get a scenario where a decaying orbit intersects another orbit, but this would only happen once. Objects moving that much faster would not stay in the same orbit for more than one rotation and the likelihood of hitting the same object twice would be infinitesimal.
