Sports Physicals will be available at the Charlestown High School on Monday, May 5th from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Any current school year 5th – 11th grade student athletes are encouraged to get their sports physicals through this event. A parent or guardian must accompany athletes at the time of the physical, at a cost of $20.00 each (CASH ONLY). All proceeds will be donated back to each school’s athletic departments. The physicals will be good for the 2014-2015 school year for all grade levels. Physical forms are available at the IHSAA.org website or CharlestownPiratePride.
