Spring is here and summer is around the corner, so that means most of you are turning up the cardio. What are your favorite types of cardio? Do you do anything different than the main stream ways? Have you ever experienced hitting the wall while lifting weights or running? One moment you are running comfortably, and the next minute you can hardly walk. This is an athletes worst nightmare!
