Springfield Vermont has long been a hotbed of creativity- combining science, engineering, and art . One of Springfields most famous residents, James Hartness, thrived in that space of innovation- as a political leader, amateur astronomer, aviator, avid inventor, and encourager of workers and their imaginations.
