Spurgeon: Just as it was difficult to tell by which form of sin - TopicsExpress

Spurgeon: Just as it was difficult to tell by which form of sin our father Adam fell, for all sins were wrapped up in the taking of the forbidden fruit, so unbelief contains within itself the seeds of all sins possible to men. Therefore, to you who believe, He is precious; but to those who are disobedient, “The stone which the builders rejected Has become the chief cornerstone,” and “a stone of stumbling and a rock of offense.” -1 Peter 2:7-8
