Squats. Are they part of your routine? If not, time to add them in. Here are some benefits of squatting and adding it into your program: 1. Squats strengthen the quads and hamstrings as you are doing each rep 2. Squats build core strength and glutes = nice bum (ladies) if activated properly 3. With correct technique (meaning with core, quads, hamstrings and glutes activated) you will NOT.. I REPEAT WILL NOT DAMAGE your knees. 4. Squats improve speed and acceleration 5.
