Squats! Still felt weak and sick, plus I had a bunch of stuff on my mind. I only managed to get 170kg*2 but Ill take it. My right hip has also been bothering for a few weeks and it makes it hard to squat properly. Warmup: A bunch of dynamic stretching and rolling to warm up my hip well. 60*5, 80*3, 100*3, 120*3 Working sets: 135*5, 150*3 and 170*2 Accessory work/sets: 150*3 (wanted to get 5 but didnt have it in me), 140*5 and 130*10 (rep PR). Love it, live it.
