Squeeze Juice Works Tampa 3 Day Cleanse Fri-Sun update: 1. It was probably more difficult to do on the weekend vs during a busy work week. Staying busy keeps your mind off not eating HOWEVER, I probably saved a lot of money by not going out/eating out over the weekend (that alone would pay for the cleanse!) 2. I was never hungry. 3. I didnt really loose any weight (havent weighed today) HOWEVER I feel and look SUPER LEAN today! 4. Had energy Fri-Sun but zero energy at the gym this morning! 5. I realized that i graze on food all day long and that is unnecessary so I am going to be more mindful of that! 6. No detox headaches or symptoms for me but thats b/c the 11 days prior I started to detox and cleanse. 7. It is not easy. 8. It was not difficult 9. It just takes willpower. 10.
