No. of Vacancies: 01 Job Description / Responsibility Internal Audit Unit is looking for qualified and experienced professionals for the above position for immediate appointment: Responsible for audit functions of the organizations; Plan, organize and carryout the internal audit functions to ensure that all major risks of the organization are identified, analyzed and reported; Annual plan of audit work and perform financial and operational audits according to that plan; Review and check bills/vouchers/invoices and other relevant documents of the reports on regular basis to ensure compliance to the financial guidelines/donors requirement; Regular check the books of accounts and check cash payment expenses voucher; Surprise inspection of the divisions/institutions and projects for physical inventory of store items and fixed assets; Follow up previous audit findings and recommendation; Check stock and storage of physical good items; Check Bank reconciliation statement to ensure correctness of bank accounts; All time monitor & modify the procurement system; Perform any other duties as assigned by the higher authority.
