Sr. Hurriyat Leader & Chairman Salvation Movement Zaffar Akber Bhat while addressing Seminar organized by APHC at RajBagh headquarter. Zaffar said Pathribal fake encounter shows that Indian army with the help of black laws including AFSPA had a license to kill anybody at will and there will be no accountability of it. Zaffar said it is double standard of world powers that are not taking notice of such kind of worst human right violation at the hand of Indian troops . Kashmir is bleeding and Human rights bodies are sleeping. He said UN resolution has provides us legal status that Kashmir is disputed and it could be resolved through plebiscite. Zaffer said despite of fake encounters and massacres of Gowkadal, Sopore, Handwara, Kupwara, Brijbehara & Hawal Srinagar by Indian Troops, We will continue our political struggle to its logical end means freedom from India. Zaffar said that they will raise voice against human rights violation in Kashmir at the hands of Indian troops and agencies.
