Sr Manager Project Delivery - Masdar: Leading the establishment of the overall success criteria for the delivery of projects, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters Lead, plan, control and direct project delivery activities Monitor and advise upon project finances Create and execute work plans to meet changing business needs Accurate status and cost reports - monthly/quarterly Inform management of any project delays and identify critical issues Develop changes to minimize exposure and risk Project planning, production of detailed project plan and milestones Keep critical projects on track and mitigation against delays Quarterly reviews of KPI and update on development plan Deliver project per schedule and budget as set out RID and agreed by the IC. Establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project Effective quality assurance standards in place Advising upon the procurement of resources - internal/external Resources identified and secured in time to achieve project objectives Leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team Provide guidance and technical advice through EPC and execution stages Ensure team co-ordination, communication and collective outputs Deliver project specifications and guide lines for consultants / contractors / team members Monitor and apply performance mgmt techniques and ensure achievement of budgeted monthly percentage of completion Effective management process in place Effectively manage risk and change control for projects Interface with key stakeholders and external parties Visibly and (T/C/Q) control of all proposed changes; effective management of impact assessment Produce project variation report and minimize changes Identify issues and develop action plans for corrective actions Build a professional project team and develop with the assistance of HR Department Development plan for members within the Project Delivery team. All team members to have an updated development plan and succession plan Plan in project development for UAE Nationals. Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client Conduct regular meetings and written communications Regular reporting of sufficient quality Ensuring the production of formal project progress and other reports Support Quality Health and Safety Environment (QHSE) activities, policies and objectives. Compliance with the laws and regulations of Abu Dhabi and UAE. Participating in QHSE audits, office inductions, incident reporting and review of QHSE performances as applicable Systems have to be in place in all projects for Masdar and JVs.
