Sri Mayapura Dhama, Nadia, W.B., India 25 January 2015 - Srimati Sarasvati Puja Open Letter to the Honourable Chief Minister of West Bengal, Srimati Mamata Banerjee, and the Honourable Prime Minister of India Sriman Narendra Modi Dear Mamata Didi Maharani, and Brother Narendra Modi Maharaja, I’m writing to you both on behalf of my dearest spiritual master Srila A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada (1896-1977), the Founder-acharya of the International Society for Krishna (God) Consciousness - ISKCON, who alone to took the task of spreading the glories of the holy names of Sri Krishna or Sri Gauranga throughout the whole world. I’m openly writing herein to you both on frank language devoid of diplomacy —believing that the political leaders of this country owe a essential spiritual duty to humanity, though devoid of proselytism. Based on the Vedas of Bharata (India) I‘ll stress herein the importance of spiritual thoughts and realisations in political, social and religious personalities like yourselves. Kindly bare my straight-forwardness. This seems as a long letter of about 10 pages though its subject cannot be possibly measured. Nonetheless through this letter you both already became automatically part of a film, which is going to manifest out of this effort. Please read the letter until the final pages to realise its significant contents, and particularly your essential assistance respectfully solicited. So, here we start, hoping this letter reaches you both at your Facebook addresses, which Ill forward after posting it on mine —hoping others do so also to reach your attention: (https://facebook/public/Sadhudasa-Anudasa): — NEEDED HOLY WARS TOWARDS THE WORLD’S HOLY PEACE? — It’s an essential and much needed principle for humanity at large to recognise that under God’s Father/Motherhood, we all can acknowledge each other as sisters & brothers —that’s why I’m most kindly addressing both of you as such. However, most of the Bonafide Spiritual Teachers that visited this world —history showing the Messiah Jesus Christ, or the Saintly Warrior Prophet Mohamed as most popular examples— weren’t well received by their own kinsmen. And my spiritual mentor Srila Prabhupada also was not very amicably greeted by most of his own godbrothers —though very religious— neither by most of his country-fellows on this rich land of spiritualism. Even after having gone with the only company of Sri Krishna in His heart to USA —totally conquering many “untamed Western white-elephants” and brought them to India— Prabhupada’s disciples where broadly considered at the time (1972-76) as “CIA agents” —and for years and years were not offered any governmental gentle (from Gentile perhaps) reception, we can historically assert. Even broadly documented by learned direct witnesses through bonafide Vedic references, the combined and most merciful manifestation of Sri Radha-Krishna, the very Supreme Personality of Godhead Himself Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu —who left our midsts in 1534 AD, i.e., only 480 yeas ago— wasn’t welcomed either by His brahminical (brahman-inimical, we may say) caste-conscious fellows of Nadia, West Bengal. Because the spiritual substance of Bharata’s ancient Aryan culture, and the Vedas’ teachings been taken merely as rituals that blur its spiritual essence —history declaring Lord Buddha’s advent to spread ahimsa or non-violence, to deny the Vedas due to its permissive killing of animals through unqualified “brahminical” allowances— is that the present age of quarrel and despair is spreading everywhere based on untruthfulness. Most particularly after humanity is ignoring, thus neglecting the massive congregational glorification of God’s Holy Names for actual World Peace —or the essential formula for a cherished “United Nations.” I honestly believe that negligence of Humanity’s Universal Monotheism by ignoring God’s multiplicity of His own Personalities —accordingly expanding due to diversity of God’s devotees, and their particular “religious needs”— which produces massive misguided population dividing the Supreme Unique Identity of Godhead through current fanatical Polytheism —thus ignoring that “God is One” means “Ignoring Our Personal Distinctions Towards Suicidal Fratricidal Dissensions.” The Vedas sustain that Polytheism begins at worshipping oneself first —through keen materialism while identifying the actual SELF (the soul) with our decaying material bodies mainly— to then worship one’s own family members and communal surroundings, including one’s “local religionism” bearing beliefs in God’s LOCALITY, which ultimately breeds irreligiously even as “brahminically” disguised atheism. However it’s stated in the that the nature of the brahmins —or those who live in spiritual consciousness always— is to be very learned, meek and humble, once they are positioned in the mood of goodness. Lord Krishna describes their character in the Bhagavad-gita (18.1-3) as follows: “The Supreme Personality of Godhead Sri Krishna said: Fearlessness; purification of ones existence; cultivation of spiritual knowledge; charity; self-control; performance of sacrifice; study of the Vedas; austerity; simplicity; nonviolence; truthfulness; freedom from anger; renunciation; tranquillity; aversion to faultfinding; compassion for all living entities; freedom from covetousness; gentleness; modesty; steady determination; vigour; forgiveness; fortitude; cleanliness; and freedom from envy and from the passion for honour —these transcendental qualities, O son of Bharata (Arjuna), belong to godly men endowed with divine nature.” On the other hand, the character of those influenced by the mode of ignorance are described as follows (Bg.16.4), Bhagavan Sri Krishna spoke: “Pride, arrogance, conceit, anger, harshness and ignorance —these qualities belong to those of demoniac nature, O son of Pritha (Arjuna).” And then we find also In Bhagavad-gita Lord Krishna advises regarding UNWISE or MUNDANE interpretation of Polytheism, which implies IGNORING that God is self-sustainable though engages all in His Creation according to time, place and circumstances: “Those who worship the demigods will take birth among the demigods; those who worship the ancestors go to the ancestors; those who worship ghosts and spirits will take birth among such beings; and those who worship Me will live with Me (Bg. 9.25).” For instance, in the ISKCON (Int’l Society for Krisna Consciousness) centre in Mayapura, Nadia Distr. W.B., which its Founder-acharya Srila Prabhupada envisioned an International City for spiritual re-awakening, there are devoted brahmins and non-devoted aspirant brahmins as well. Once the brahminical devotees are in the mood of goodness, generally they do not strive much for managerial or administrative positions, thus materialist members in “brah-inimical” disguise, take advantage of the uncommon economic situation in Mayapur’s fascinating growth. Several of the present individuals engaged in strategic positions related to huge financial income of real state assets mainly, have been found embellishing from Srila Prabhupada’s ISKCON society. This has been proved by the recently established department anti-corruption, which is mostly lead by “Western” devotees —though a “Devotee of God or a Vaishnava” cannot be addressed so neither by material design-nations nor skin colours. Nonetheless there is great need to establish order by an authority which is not local, preferably from the state government. This is due to the corruption that is a normal rule on general local administrations —well know all over India, and particularly in West Bengal. Cases of corrupt politicians embellishing public or state money is a regular function around the world, and particularly India has been no exception. The ISKCON society at Nadia has twisted the State Government rules by registering an huge amount of land under many different “Trusts or Societies”, which somehow are linked together in “spirit” through a common “managerial alliance.” However we are witnessing at the moment that non-devotees are sabotaging the ISKCON alliance and taking advantage of the huge land value allotted to them originally as part of Srila Prabhupada’s ISKCON —thus “backfiring” the strategy to overlap the rigid State Laws once the present management doesn’t have the full spiritual strength to tame the various materialistic inclined conditioned souls in managerial duties. Therefore now it’s required the intervention of the State or Central government authorities like yourselves. Srila Prabhupada’s Mission is in a verge of stagnation and division once corruption is rampant in the hands of unscrupulous false “locals.” ISKCON Founder-acharya Srila Prabhupada’s spiritual contribution to humanity through his Chaitanya-charitamrita (Cc), Srimad Bhagavatam (SB), Bhagavad-gita As It Is (Bg), and many other books of his vast spiritual teachings —now translated in almost all languages in the world— is essential for it’s actual well-being. Srila Prabhupada has vigorously instructed that his society is for educating honest citizens on brahminical culture everywhere in the world, so to speedily implement sura-varnashrama. However, he has also warned everybody in future generations through his glorious Bhaktivedanta Purports about the effects of pseudo-devotees sabotaging his personal mission by willingly trying to seize his position as the Founder-acharya by DIVIDING it into many opposing philosophical or political parties. Although Srila Prabhupada is often referring to his own experience as the most bonafide disciple of His Divine Grace Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura Prabhupada —who was also surrounded by innumerable neophyte or non-sincere followers that finally disobeyed his instructions to work under the managerial guidance of a GBC - General Body Commission— the true intimate representatives of the Supreme Lord, who experiencing constant suprema by inherent sva-prema pre-serve themselves from mundane designations and material desires since are gifted by Godhead directly with the capacity to see past, present, and future through spiritual revelations: Cc. Madhya-lila, 11.103 “If the mercy of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu is not bestowed upon a person —regardless of how learned a scholar that person may be and regardless of his seeing or listening— he cannot accept the Lord as the Supreme Personality of Godhead.” SB. 4.28.48 Bhaktivedanta Purport: Whenever an acharya comes, following the superior orders of the Supreme Personality of Godhead or His representative, he establishes the principles of religion, as enunciated in Bhagavad-gita. Religion means abiding by the orders of the Supreme personality of Godhead. Religious principles begin from the time one surrenders to the Supreme Personality of Godhead. It is the acharyas duty to spread a bona fide religious system and induce everyone to bow down before the Supreme Lord. One executes the religious principles by rendering devotional service, specifically the nine items like hearing, chanting and remembering. Unfortunately, when the acharya disappears, rogues and non-devotees take advantage and immediately begin to introduce unauthorised principles in the name of so-called swamis, yogis, philanthropists, welfare workers and so on. Cc. Madhya-lila, 1.218 “When All the devotees saw the mercy of the Lord upon the two brothers, they were very gladdened, and they began to chant the holy name of the Lord, ‘Hari! Hari!’” Bhaktivedanta Purport: Srila Narottama Dasa Thakura says, chadiya vaishnava seva nistara peche keba: unless one serves a Vaishnava, he cannot be delivered. The spiritual master initiates the disciple to deliver him, and if the disciple executes the order of the spiritual master and does not offend other Vaishnavas, his path is clear. Consequently Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu requested all the Vaishnavas present to show mercy toward the two brothers, Rupa and Sanatana, who had just been initiated by the Lord. When a Vaishnava sees that other Vaishnava is a recipient of the Lord’s mercy, he becomes very happy. Vaishnavas are not envious. If a Vaishnava, by the mercy of the Lord, is empowered by him to distribute the Lord’s holy name all over the world, other Vaishnavas become very joyful—that is, if they are truly Vaishnavas. One who is envious of the success of a Vaishnava is certainly not a Vaishnava himself, but an ordinary mundane man. Envy and jealousy are manifested by mundane people, not by Vaishnavas. Why should a Vaishnava be envious of another Vaishnava who is successful in spreading the holy name of the Lord? An actual Vaishnava is very pleased to accept another Vaishnava who is bestowing the Lord’s mercy. A mundane person in the dress of a Vaishnava should not be respected but rejected. This is enjoined in the shastras (upeksha). The word upeksha means neglect. One should neglect an envious person. A preacher’s duty is to love the Supreme Personality of Godhead, make friendships with Vaishnavas, show mercy to the innocent and reject or neglect those who are envious or jealous. There are many jealous people in the dress of Vaishnavas in this Krishna consciousness movement, and they should be completely neglected. There is no need to serve a jealous person who is in the dress of a Vaishnava. When Narottama Dasa Thakura says chadiya vaishnava seva nistara peche keba, he is indicating an actual Vaishnava, not an envious or jealous person in the dress of a Vaishnava. Cc. Madhya-lila,1.220 “In accordance with the instructions of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, the two brothers, Rupa and Sanatana, immediately touched the lotus feet of these Vaishnavas, who all became very happy and congratulated the two brothers for having received the mercy of the Lord.” Bhaktivedanta Purport: This behaviour is indicative of real Vaishnavas. When they saw that Rupa and Sanatana were fortunate enough to receive the mercy of the Lord, they were so pleased that they all congratulated the two brothers. A jealous person in the dress of a Vaishnava is not at all happy to see the success of another Vaishnava in receiving the Lord’s mercy. Unfortunately in this age of Kali there are many mundane persons in the dress of Vaishnavas, and Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura has described them as disciples of Kali. He says, Kali-chela. He indicates that there is another Vaishnava, a pseudo Vaishnava with tilaka on his nose and khanti beads around his neck. Such a pseudo-Vaishnava associates with money and women and is jealous of successful Vaishnavas. Although passing for a Vaishnava, his only business is earning money in the dress of a Vaishnava. Bhaktivinoda Thakura therefore says that such a pseudo-Vaishnava is not a Vaishnava but a disciple of Kali-yuga. A disciple of Kali cannot become an acharya by the decision of some high court. Mundane votes have not jurisdiction to elect a Vaishnava acharya. A Vaishnava acharya is self-effulgent, and there is no need for any court judgment. A false acharya may try to overcome a Vaishnava by a high-court decision, but Bhaktivinoda Thakura says that he is nothing but a disciple of Kali-yuga. It is said the “we don’t see or understand God as He is, but as we are.” Therefore we find ourselves only “selfishly TAKING” from our UNIQUE Universal Godhead what irresponsibly we adopt as OURS —consequently dividing God’s inheritance as though His offsprings, defying our own siblings by NOT DIVIDING our parents’ inheritance on sleek greediness. DEFYING one’s siblings actually means DEIFYING oneself. Thus the conception behind current “Social Liberalism” impelled by keen selfishness to take what is exclusively convenient for ONESELF and our SELFISHLY extended selves in the form of “CLOSE family members, CLOSE commercial peers, CLOSE neighbours, CLOSE fellow villagers, CLOSE religious congregation,” etc., to claim it an “Universal” need, actually is IMPERSONALISM in disguise, which breeds POLYTHEISM. I became Srila Prabhupada’s ISKCON member and aspirant Gaudiya Vaishnava since 1977. I have always supported the Vedas as being rooted in ancient Bharata (presently identified as India). This letter is a simple synopsis of what is thoroughly explained in Sri Gaura-Govinda Bhasya, a novel commentary on Vedanta-sutra compiled by my fallen self, which can be read or soon downloaded on this site: mahaiskcon/GAURA-GOVINDA_BHASYA__1_.html My concerns have been the concern of Srila Prabhupada first, meaning that on the present state of world affairs, Indian political leaders at least advocate the implementation throughout broad publicity of the SURA (GODLY) varnashrama-dharma system, which is the inherent and fundamental human categorisation designed by God Himself. Varnashrama has been totally and intentionally derided by false religionists misinterpreting it as socially mundane “caste system” —although they are proud of “casting” characters for mundane movies, or for their propaganda on materialistic consumerism. Sura Varnashrama is the social system based on a scientific analysis that visualises the peculiarities of each individual, taking into consideration their personal mental framework and physical structure to engage their lives in the activities that bring the best of themselves towards self-realisation. On the other hand Asura Varnashrama is instead the current inherent divisions of classes all humanity blindly accepts —though based on financial status merely— which deceives oneself on the basis of one’s occupational duties that may don’t deserve, or is not happy with, thus cheating everybody else also. By ignoring the true SELF —which is spiritual, and beyond mundane acquittances of external temporary factors based on kind of mental, intellectual or physical work performed— humanity is being totally mislead by scores of false pretenders in the garb of clerical, scientists, politicians, military, farmers, bankers, business people, professional labourers and what not. The Supreme Personality of Godhead Lord Krishna said: “According to the three modes of material nature and the work associated with them, the four divisions of human society are created by Me. And although I am the creator of this system, you should know that I am yet the non-doer, being unchangeable (Bg. 4.13).” It’s totally irrefutable that in any community of human beings —secluded aborigines included— there are four basic occupational duties naturally born out of its individuals’ tendencies to engage in activities. The natural inclinations to work by all persons are designated by God as Brahmanas (Philosophical or Clerical inclined class), Kshatriyas (Administrative or Warriors class), Vaishyas (General Business and Farmers, or Banking class), and Shudras (Servanthood or Working-under-salary class). What is being known as “India” since its formal constitution in 1949 —as a Sovereign Socialist Secular Democratic Republic with a parliamentary system of government— is “Spiritually Socialist” in essence. Although the roots of its Vedic source have been gradually washed-down by unavoidable time-factor and lack of spiritual leadership by saintly Kshatriyas that curtail social corruption. This fact is a sequential syndrome due to human weakness, and the Absolute Lord Sri Krishna already explained: “This supreme science was thus received through the chain of disciplic succession, and the saintly kings understood it in that way. But in course of time the succession was broken, and therefore the science as it is appears to be lost (Bg. 4.2).” It is historically ascertained that there is a class of people in India who were known as Thuggees, wherefrom the English term “thugs” took place, and a movie depicting their activities was released for the first time in 1988. A Wikipedia search brought-up the following: “The Deceivers,” is a film starring Shashi Kapoor, Pierce Brosnan, Bijaya Jena, Saeed Jaffrey and Dalip Tahil. Fact-based account of a secret society of murderers, and of the man who exposed them in British India 1825. The fact that it is based on a true story, however loosely, makes this film even more of a useful film to watch. I highly recommend it, and the reasons are as follows —as found through a simple search on internet: The film takes place in Nadia, West Bengal, India. The country is being ravaged by Thuggees, a Kali-worshiping cult also known as Deceivers, who commit robbery and ritualistic murder. Appalled by their activities, English Captain William Savage undertakes a dangerous mission in which he disguises himself, and infiltrates the Thugs’ cult. At constant risk of betrayal and vengeance, Captain Savage undergoes a disturbing psychological transformation, experiencing the cults insatiable bloodlust for himself. The movie relates that the main events occur in Nadia, West Bengal. The Thugs travelled in groups across India for six hundred years. Although the Thugs traced their origin to seven Muslim tribes, Hindus appear to have been associated with them at an early period. They were first mentioned in Ẓiyāʾ-ud-Dīn Baranīs History of Fīrūz Shāh dated around 1356. In the 1830s they were targeted for eradication by William Bentinck and his chief captain William Henry Sleeman. They were seemingly destroyed by this effort. The Thugs would join travellers and gain their confidence. This would allow them to then surprise and strangle their victims by pulling a handkerchief or noose tight around their necks. They would then rob their victims of valuables and bury their bodies. This term for a particular kind of murder and robbery of travellers is popular in South Asia and particularly in India. Estimates of the total number of victims vary widely, since no reliable source confirms the length of the Thugs existence. According to the Guinness Book of Records the Thuggee cult was responsible for approximately 2,000,000 deaths, while British historian Mike Dash states that they killed 50,000 persons in total over an estimated 150 years. According to political scientist David C. Rapoport an estimate of 500,000 were killed by the Thugs, making them the most destructive terrorist group in history. According to other estimates, the Thugs murdered 1 million people. The discovery of the Thuggee was one of the main reasons why the Indian Criminal Tribes Act was created. Thuggee trace their origin to the battle of Kali against Raktabija; however, their foundation myth departs from Brahminical versions of the Puranas. Thuggee consider themselves to be children of Kali, created out of her sweat. This particular point is also one of the clear disconnects in the story built on the Thuggees. While only Hindus worship Kali, a large number of the Thuggees captured and convicted by the British were Muslims. According to some sources, especially old colonial sources, Thuggees believed they had a positive role, saving humans lives. Without Thuggees sacred service, Kali might destroy all of humankind. Human sacrifice - Wikipedia Regarding possible Vedic mention of human sacrifice, the prevailing 19th-century view, associated above all with Henry Colebrooke, was that human sacrifice did not actually take place. Those verses which referred to purushamedha were meant to be read symbolically, or as a priestly fantasy. However, Rajendralal Mitra published a defence of the thesis that human sacrifice, as had been practised in Bengal, was a continuation of traditions dating back to Vedic periods. Hermann Oldenberg held to Colebrookes view; but Jan Gonda underlined its disputed status. Contemporary human sacrifice, Asia: Bangladesh: In March, 2010, a 26-year-old labourer was killed by fellow workers on the orders of the owners after a fortune teller suggested that a human sacrifice would yield highly prized red bricks. India: Human sacrifice is illegal in India. But a few cases do occur in remote and underdeveloped regions of the country, where modernity has not penetrated well and tribal/semi-tribal groups adhere to cultural practices as they did over the course of millennia. According to the Hindustan Times, there was an incident of human sacrifice in western Uttar Pradesh in 2003. Similarly, police in Khurja reported dozens of sacrifices in the period of half a year in 2006, by followers of Kali, the goddess of power. Although both of you may be appalled by my audacity at mentioning the above documented historical facts, since apparently go against the interest of West Bengal’s State administration or of India’s recent propaganda as a solid economy for “Investors’ Heaven,” my next account would set the frame of my urgent request for you both to take immediate steps by managerially oversee all developments within Srila Prabhupada’s ISKCON society in West Bengal with qualified army (Kshatriya) enforcement. Eventually, you both will be known as the protectors of the predicted by Srila Prabhupada “Spiritual City of Sri Mayapura.” This is the particular City where manifested the present age’s Golden Avatara Sri Gauranga —which could well serve as the “Implementation-Cell for a Re-evolutionary Re-structure of Vedic-formulas”— much needed for the world’s sake. Kindly see some of the pictures at the end of this letter, which relate to a gruesome criminal attempt murder on me by five indian Thugs from the border with Bangladesh. Some learned persons described the murder attempt as a “ritual-murder” to goddesses Kali by its characteristics, once the principal killer that tried to cut my head off was sporting a “sacred-brahminical-thread” across his chest. Some friends encouraged me to write a scrip for a movie, and call it “The Deceivers II, and it’s on its way right now, although I never wrote a script on my life. It’ll be interesting to see some of the stars of the original movie like Pierce Brosnan —with whom I have a look-alike physical resemblance— will take again to the central roll depicting this amazing current event. Obviously by doing so, and by having written this Open Letter to both of you, both are already part of such script —whether we may become acquainted with each other or not. By the way, I ignore how to send this letter other than through internet. So, I hope that it reaches both of you on your Facebook pages, once I’m relatively new to FB environment —having subscribed to it only after the murder attempt that opened my life to deepest dimensions and experiences, just to thank so many souls that prayed during the most critical days of my convalescence. I don’t have a trace of doubt about India’s inherited Vedic roots. I acknowledge having found the greatest spiritual thinkers for humanity within this land —were spirituality still pervades amongst rampant materialism on the name of “economic eco-inimical development.” However, I also assert having found here the greatest demons I ever imagined, thus complementing the full range of both ancient and modern Vedic culture, which includes the best & worst of everything ever found —both co-existing simultaneously. I never imagined having the worst experiences on my life right here. Srila Prabhupada is a world-acharya or special spiritual mentor, since already accepted absolutely everyone on earth, disregarding one’s particular ethnic creeds, social, political, or religious mundane design-nations that blur one’s innermost identity as brothers & sisters for God’s sake and His Holy Names. Thus Prabhupada and Srila Vyasadeva (the compiler of the Vedas) are the most qualified to speak about all I’m trying to say, by just repeating from his transcendental teachings: SB. 4.28.48 O best of kings, please get up! Get up! Just see this world surrounded by water and infested with rogues and so-called kings. This world is very much afraid, and it is your duty to protect her. Purport by Srila Prabhupada: The main business of human society is to think of the Supreme Personality of Godhead at all times, to become His devotees, to worship the Supreme Lord and to bow down before Him. The acharya, the authorised representative of the Supreme Lord, establishes these principles, but when he disappears, things once again become disordered. The perfect disciples of the acharya try to relieve the situation by sincerely following the instructions of the spiritual master. At the present moment practically the entire world is afraid of rogues and non-devotees; therefore this Krishna consciousness movement is started to save the world from irreligious principles. Everyone should cooperate with this movement in order to bring about actual peace and happiness in the world. SB. 2.4.18 Purport by Srila Prabhupada: … “Even those who are constantly engaged in sinful acts are all corrigible to the standard of perfect human beings if they take shelter of the devotees of the Lord. Jesus Christ and Muhammad, two powerful devotees of the Lord, have done tremendous service on behalf of the Lord on the surface of the globe. And from the version of Srila Shukadeva Gosvami it appears that instead of running a godless civilisation in the present context of the world situation, if the leadership of world affairs is entrusted to the devotees of the Lord, for which a worldwide organisation under the name and style of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness has already been started, then by the grace of the Almighty Lord there can be a thorough change of heart in human beings all over the world because the devotees of the Lord are able authorities to effect such a change by purifying the dust-worn minds of the people in general. The politicians of the world may remain in their respective positions because the pure devotees of the Lord are not interested in political leadership or diplomatic implications. The devotees are interested only in seeing that the people in general are not misguided by political propaganda and in seeing that the valuable life of a human being is not spoiled in following a type of civilisation which is ultimately doomed. If the politicians, therefore, would be guided by the good counsel of the devotees, then certainly there would be a great change in the world situation by the purifying propaganda of the devotees, as shown by Lord Chaitanya. As Shukadeva Gosvami began his prayer by discussing the word yat-kirtanam, so also Lord Chaitanya recommended that simply by glorifying the Lords holy name, a tremendous change of heart can take place by which the complete misunderstanding between the human nations created by politicians can at once be overturn. And after the extinction of the fire of misunderstanding, other profits will follow.” I’m a US citizen duly registered as a resident who pays taxes in India having entered the country on a Business Visa. I have a personal Trust duly registered on 1991 that publishes Vaishnava literature, and since 2007 I live neighbouring the ISKCON society’s compound at Sri Mayapur. On 06 SEPT 2013, I suffered a murder attempt orchestrated by one of the ISKCON members due to the constant greediness observed by a “mafia” kind of organisation that began operating within ISKCON itself. Although the proceedings will start in about six months, since the Police Charge-sheet was just delivered to the Court —after a year and a half that the master-mind criminal orchestrator is free on bail, with his accomplices family members still living below my flat— in my opinion, none of the persons really implicated behind my attempt murder are not indicted yet. My now defunct saintly mother of eighty-eight years old, who was living under my care in my residence at the moment of the attack would had been murdered also, once investigators found evidences. I cannot reveal more details now for obvious proceedings reasons. The gruesome attack affected my mother so much that she left her body after less than a year of the attack at Sri Mayapura, on 10 AUG 2014. A panoramic picture below —taken at my flat a year before the attack— reveals almost the same very spot where I was attacked. As you could see, I’m standing between the pictures on the walls of my spiritual master Srila Prabhupada, and various pictures of Gaurasimhadeva —the half-man half-lion manifestation of Sri Gauranga, who delivered the Muslim ruler of Nadia at the time, the Chand Kasi— and they are my Saviours, literally. The kind of injuries the criminals inflicted on my body required 136 preliminary stitches at the Krishnanagara Hospital, which is about 25 Km from Mayapura, and I do not how many more stitches were performed at the Kolkata hospital after the initial two and a half hours surgery. The trip to Kolkata took four hours in ambulance, and I was fortunate to be totally aware throughout the whole incident, otherwise, I’ll have died by swallowing my own vomit on the way. My jaw was broken and needed five small titanium plates to be fixed, after I received a substantial transfusion due to the great loss of blood I had lost and also swallowed. Thereafter my murder-attempt attack, which took me more than a year to recover from multiple wounds to my head and body parts leaving my right hand clipped (see pictures below), I found myself financially harassed by the purposely non-cooperative spirit of ISKCON’s “local mafia-kind of administration” inside and outside the Mayapura village —including the local Police, Panchayat, Electricity Dept, and some sectarian and radical neighbours. The fact is that I was personally saved by Srila Prabhupada and my Lord Gaurasimhadeva only, and They are mercifully taking care on me. Nobody believes that I could have survived to such an ordeal, although it somehow still continues at the hands of pseudo-devotees. For instance, the electric connection to my flat was purposely removed a year and a half ago!!! by the family accomplice of the murder master-mind. Even until today (26 January) I cannot get it connected, although I’ve secured an order by the Krishnanagara Magistrate. Again, until today it’s not honoured by the local Police, since this is the state of “deceiving affairs” going on here in Mayapura against “Westerners.” I came to know through internet that you Mamata Didi were considered in 2012 by Time magazine one of the 100 Most influential People in the World,” so you are one of the person to assist in elevating the world consciousness by taking action on this case. I hope you can bestow a meeting with this fallen follower of Srila Prabhupada, and consider what he has to say about amending the present dreadful situation at Sri Mayapur Dhama before is too late to control. You could please initiate an independent investigation to find out that even a prostitution ring is “dealing within” its enormous pilgrimage —which it’s going to become “international”?. I also understand know that you are faithful devotee of Mother Kali, and your remarks quoted on Wikipedia are religious: (In her statement on 17 October 2012, Banerjee attributed the increasing incidence of rape in the country to “more free interaction between men and women”. She said, Earlier if men and women would hold hands, they would get caught by parents and reprimanded but now everything is so open. It’s like an open market with open options. She was criticised in the national media for these statements.) Kindly don’t take me wrong when I quoted Lord Krishna’s own words reminding all of us the actual destiny of our faith, and overlook worshiping His personal —direct or indirect— assistants. For instance, while finishing this letter I can hear throughout the village’s festivities glorifying Srimati Sarasvati Puja —who is the the goddess of Learning or Intelligence, to whom I pray for her divine mercy. To quote Sri Krishna again on this subject: “I am all-devouring death, and I am the generating principle of all that is yet to be. Among women I am fame, fortune, fine speech, memory, intelligence, steadfastness and patience (Bg. 10.34).” So, this comes to corroborate the Absolute power of Godhead, which spreads throughly everywhere to supervise His own Creation, and also does so by engaging His innumerable energies, which Mother Sarasvati is one of them. I also firmly believe that our Mother Kali (another name of the multiple Lord’s Potencies Mahamaya, or the other face of same Supreme Potency Yogamaya), in her aspect as Bhadrakali, protected my fallen self on the night of the murder-attack —once it’s believed that this attack had a “ritualistic” connotation too. Please, once you are devotee much closer to Mother Kali, offer my humble obeisances in my name next time you do Her puja. Through the next interesting comment of yours, I further realise that you are a very special servant to further enlighten this country spiritually: “Clad in her trade mark cotton saree and rubber slippers, Banerjee stood with folded hands and greeted the people and VIPs at her single storey house for the puja, which she has been holding for the last 36 years since 1978, during her days as student leader.” I believe now more than ever that you —as well as Brother Modi Maharaj, who also seems to be spiritually blessed— could please begin some cross-references with my fallen self on how to spiritually implement not only “modern” India, but serve as real Kshatriya Leaders for world’s example. I kindly remind you both again to check the site: mahaiskcon and please analyse the Vedanta-sutra commentary entitled Sri Gaura-Govinda Bhashya —which I believe is the first commentary by a “westerner,” though I was born again in Mayapur the very night in which my Divine Guardians personally save me. It seems that the “Westerners not allowed” syndrome is intact here in Nadia. Time hasn’t changed much in rural india regarding the cultural aversion to British ruling or the “white people.” Even today many devotees in managerial positions at ISKCON Mayapura address “Westerner” devotees in such a way amongst them. Another case ill-motivated from within the local ranks, is of an Australian devotee, who recently was accused of rape once the local “Land-poachers Mafia” don’t want him to proceed with his broad ideas on housing developments at Mayapura, and had to spend fifth days in the Krishnanagara jail. Obviously, his plans involve to create a City with many green areas, which go against the money (“green” dollars) mongers locals, who are building multi-storey buildings without any green space between them —in utter greediness against greenness. Besides the notice on his own main books about the activities of pseudo-devotees in his society, Srila Prabhupada has verbally disclosed in many occasions that the real enemies of his mission were not from outside his mission, but were already within it. Thus the present ISKCON-Mayapura leadership is also held by some very sincere souls too —besides the devotees from ISKCON-Bangalore that are constructing the highest religious temple in the world at Sri Vrindavana Dhama: vcm.org.in— are also building here the first Temple of Vedic Planetarium in the world: tovp.org. However, this event has also created internal disputes out of greediness, conformed in its majority by hijackers who purposely ignore the essential teachings of Srila Prabhupada, and create philosophical concoctions that divide his society. Even though this last event is not of your specific duty, immediate governmental and military-state surveillance is earnestly required. I need to end this long letter with the following statements, which are excerpts from the first commentary on Vedanta-sutra by a “foreigner” to India. I thank you so much for your kind attention: Amongst the great spiritual masters from the West, His Divine Grace Vaishnava Thakura Srila Jesus Christ of Nazareth, from Galilee (Israel), is recognised by all stalwarts devotees of Godhead as a bonafide Vaishnava-acharya, or one who is as a real master by teaching by his own example. Although his special personal excellence on practising humility, compassion and tolerance is even today not fully estimated by most of the people of his own nation. However the sincere followers of Islam, Christianity and most recently the Messianic Jews, all inwardly value Srila Jesus Christ’s tenets of personal and social Humility, Compassion, Tolerance, and PEACEFUL THOUGH REVOLUTIONARY CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE, which he condensed in one single statement: “If some slap your face offer them your other cheek” (Luke 6:29) Srila Jesus Christ’s principles follow the natural tenets of specially empowered merciful devotees of Godhead —whether such Supreme Identity of Godhead is addressed as “Allah The Great,” “Lord Buddha, the Non-violent Sage”, “God The Holy Father,” “Adonai My Lord,” “YHWH or JHVH, Yahweh or Jehovah,” “Vishnu The Preserver of Life or Narayana The Supporter of Life,” “Krishna The All-Attractive Cause of All Causes, or Sri Love Gaura The Absolutely Self-satisfied Identity of Love.” Therefore a true devotee of Godhead is recognised everywhere as the humble, compassionate and tolerant follower of the “Immanent Principle” that pervades and permeates the universe. The “Indwelling Spirit, the Preservative Principle of Cosmic Creation,” which underlies all things in existence and directs the operations of the world of action. What is called the Noumenon or the Substance is God, as also that which in common terms is called Providence —the Wise Caretaker who orders the smooth working and general well-being of the entire universe. Whether identified as Muslims, Buddhists, Christians, Jews, Hindus or Vaishnavas, the true followers of Godhead actually believe in the Omniscient, Omnipresent, Omnipotent Being, in Whom, by Whom, and for Whom is all Creation, and all come under the denomination of the comprehensive term “sisters & brothers for God’s sake.” And those denominations accommodates them all, assigning to them their proper places in the gradual evolution of the soul. What sane thinker is there, who will not entertain this rational view of the conception of God? What philosophy, what religion that will not accept the fundamental principles which alone can solve the great problems of life and death? Thus the West and the East hold common principles when referred to as “Faiths,” and such faiths in goals that must be achieved —whether material, religious or spiritual— explain faith in death or life, or in matter and spirit, as a natural expression of consciousness manifesting social divisions that lead to wars. However, the nature of “classifying consciousness” promotes opposing or mixed principles of existence like “friendship, neutrality, or hostility,” which leads to Theism, Apatheism or apathy to know about God due to skepticism on religionism, and Atheism respectively. Moreover, if we look closer at the Revealed Scriptures left behind to humankind —much before “modern” materialism became prominent— like the Bible and the Bhagavad-gita, both relate the wars struggling for existence between different parties of the “same God.” “God” also meaning on this case, the “goal” being pursued by the conscious followers of their respective “faiths” on a Supreme Being, Power, or Energy —which also translates as a worldly religious leader, political party, or particular design-nations respectively— and Godhead Himself. In short, from the Far West, the West, the Middle East, to the East, and Far East, all are places were the main rule is that absolutely everyone must forcefully learn —due to nature’s design— to embrace Birth, Old Age, Disease and Death. Thus the state of consciousness in each and all people ranges from atheistic, apatheistic, and theistic. While some cultures recognise the term “Godhead,” others ignore its actual meaning —as much as the particular intellect of some use proper power of discrimination to analyse in depth what is Scientific Atheism and what is Scientific Spiritualism. For instance, India was recognised as a most pious nation since its beginnings in 1949, however it’s now gradually becoming the biggest impious exporter of cow-meat, the greatest consumers of chicken-wings, and the greatest consumers of liquor. !N-CREDIBLE !NDIA !!!??? So, the nature of categorisation of “who is my friend from who is not?” is very difficult to ascertain in the present age due to the obvious convulsive social state of affairs. For instance, people in USA are more conscious of their physical health and it’s effect in consciousness, thus are gradually becoming vegetarians. Therefore categorising between “good and bad” is more and more difficult on this age of digital communication, once the habits of “apparently opposed” members of diverse cultures are somehow shifting their own “cultural paradigms.” In essence, all human beings are equal and simultaneously different, from the viewpoint that the term “human” applies to earth’s inhabitants due to the person’s physiological characteristic. However, each one of earth’s inhabitants have individual and exclusive wishes or identities. And it’s from this point of view that the United Nations miss they goal of “uniting” every nation instead of having a “new one” every often, once the nature of categorising “who is a country’s citizen, from who is an individual” will always differ. In other words, design-nations are constantly shifting its boundaries due to its citizens needs in search of newer social, political, and financial horizons, finally seeking further answers to their questions about the goal of existence in itself. Paraphrasing a great Indian devotee philosopher, Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura (1896-1904): “Thought is progressive. A sincere reader should be aware that no thought is useless. Thoughts are the means by which we attain our objects. Thus the reader will find that one thought which is the object today will be the means of a further objective tomorrow. Thus our thoughts will necessarily continue to be an endless series of means in the progress of humanity.” Ultimately, I’m also seeking your governmental assistance to freely organise public gatherings of all faiths for the non-sectarian congregational glorification of the bonafide God’s Holy Names. Since I don’t speak any Indian language I’m not a threat to anyone. My motivations are not of mundane character, I simply try to please my beloved spiritual master Srila Prabhupada and Sri Love Gauranga Mahaprabhu. By spreading their heartily NON-SECTARIAN spiritual teachings, the most valuable contribution to suffering humanity will be successful at avoiding genocide —even in God’s name— through the Congregational Glorification of God’s Universal Holy Names. My purposes will sequently be fulfilled once as a member of suffering humankind something has to be done right now to reenact God’s harmonising influence. Otherwise it’ll be unwise to let humanity go down into its global religious darkness ever experienced. The Vedas declare that in His eternal habitat of tending His cows and sharing every possible joy in company of His eternal companions and family members within the spiritual world, Sri Krishna —Who is the Supreme Identity of Love, from which He expands as the Supreme Personality of Godhead— belongs to a vaishya or mercantile community. From this Vedic Scriptural revelation, it’s easily derived that if this age of degradation is lead by corrupt commercialisation that neglects mundane ethics or even basic religious principles, it’s because reflects only the opposite side of Godhead’s Ultimate Spiritual Reality into tHIS mundane REALity. Therefore, if English language is the most popular language on commercial, scientific, and technological knowledge, why cannot be also the world’s central language? TheoLOGICALLY speaking, it can implement the ultimate reality of humanity’s brother/sisterhood under ONE GOD —our only common father/mother. A half step has been enacted by instituting the United Nations’ world organisation, now it requires that thoughtful leaders that are also SEERS together proclaim its complete purpose by implementing religious and spiritual World Assemblies to begin the Congregational Glorification of God’s Holy Names in every town and village, and deal with the present havoc based in ignorance of all various God’s Holy Names —according to place, time, circumstances and kind of observance of VARNASHRAMA (everyone’s social & mental attitude that CLASSifies goodly classes on GODLY awareness). The essence of Gaura-Govinda Bhashya (MAHAISKCON.COM) aims at this goal: “The Congregational Glorification of the Bonafide Names of Godhead To World Peace… and Needed Holy Wars. “Wars” meaning here against one’s own mental demons first, and THEN —if required— being enacted directly and ONLY by the Commanding Generals of each contending parties ALONE. Meaning, by themselves instead than by their armies, thus FIGHT FOR PEACE leading the example.
