Sri Shirdi Sainath Maharaj Divya Darshan in Dwarakamayee in Nimbar on 5-Jan-2012 at 11PM OM SRI SAINATHAYANAMAHA BABAS HOLY APPEARANCE IN DWARAKAMAI On the holy occasion of Vaikuntha Ekadasi (5th Jan2012) the devotees at Sirdi are once agin blessed with the blissful presence of Sri Sai. It all started at the close of midnight in Dwarakamai and spread like forest fire all over the place in no time. At that late hour, Dwarakamai filled with the gathered masses who wanted a glimpse of the rare visual. Media and internet telecasted it as the MIRACLE IN SIRDI and made their own expressions and explanations leaving the common man in a sense of confusion. This essay takes the pleasure of analysing such rare incidents and clarifies the doubts in the common mans mind. First of all, what happened? To begin with, let me give a brief description of Sri Sais arrival and Dwarakamai. When Baba was present in his mortal frame, it was a small dilapidated masjid with uneven flooring. Nimbar stands at the corner with racks in it. Baba used to place oil lamps in them and hang garlands in front of it. At the outskirts of Siridi, a small hamlet, Sai Baba appeared himself as a 16years lad and made this dilapidated masjid his abode which he named Dwarakamai. Dwarakamai means the place of birth of the greatest Yogi, Sri Krishna. There Baba continued the holy pyre (Dhuni) and planted Tulasi. Sai led his life with no doors of secrecy. He begged his food but the great peace and tranquility in his presence and the omniscient, omnipotent might of Sri Sai and His divine Leelas attracted many all over the world. On the day of Vijayadasami, 1918 Sai Baba left his mortal coil, still living in the hearts of millions. He led a life of a very poor man and propagated fraternity, equality and universal acceptance through his practice. Sai is a love incarnate spreading his love to one and all. Sai did not perform any miracles throughout his life. Neither did he support any such. The case of Kusabhav stands an example. What devotees experienced and are still experiencing are divya leelas. Leelas are different from miracles. They have their own purpose unlike miracles aimed at only popularity or publicity. Many stand examples to Sri Sais philosophy. Saving the child falling in the fire in a distant village, protecting the life of Minatayi during her delivery time and many others are outstanding incidents which replicate divya leelas. On the other hand, getting objects like kumkum, ash, flowers, fruits etc from the air are miracles which serve no purpose except attracting innocent people. One should clearly note the difference. Sri Sai exemplified that anyone is eligible to attain his status through sincere service to ones Guru. The rule of love of Sri Sai is, everyone is a part of me and I am present in everyone and everything you come across. There is no death to mahatmas like Sri Sai. His divya leelas work even from his samadhi as proven from the day to day experiences of millions of devotees.Even today, 93 years after Sri Sai left his physical form, the same truth reveals itself again and again through many incidents of which our present one is one. Coming to todays incident, at the fall of midnight, about 11oclock, there was little light in Dwarakamai which was grilled recently to control the rush of the devotees. Some of them who could not get the darsan in the morning were peacefully glancing in those late hours. In the meagre light, few devotees caught hold of a breath holding sight. A garland was hanging in front of the Nimbar. Exactly behind the garland on the wall of Nimbar, there appeared the form of Sri Sai. Not for seconds or minutes, it continued to appear for more than 3 hours. A rare sense of peace and content prevailed in the surroundings during that time. Thousands of devotees gathered in no time to take a glimpse of it. Photographs and videos were taken and the news spread very fastly through media and internet. The devotees overwhelmed with joy as they believed that Baba like Sri Guru in Gangapur is staying there forever listening to their sorrows, worries, joys and pleadings. Now how to understand this rare incident? Infact, there is nothing new for a Sai devotee to learn from this incident. Because it is a proven fact that Baba is omnipresent and omniscient. That was what each and every minute part of Sri Sais life reflects. Hence regarding the philosophical spread of Sais idealogy, this incident specifies very little. At the same time, there is no need for the Sansthan of Sirdi or any devotees of Sai to make any false publicity. Moreover it bears no extra fruits. Also Sansthan stays aloof in such matters.Regarding otherwise doubts like photographic effects, this incident took place in an open place like Dwarakamai which had no doors ever since Baba lived there. And this is not an experience of a single person or a small group. But this happened to be the experience of thousands that lasted for more than 3 hours. Ardent devotees can receive it in the following way: Sri Sai proved himself omnipresent while in his physical form itself. He gave personal experiences to many devotees that he can appear anywhere in any form. At the same time, he clarified very clearly that Baba does not imply this 5 1\2 feet mortal frame but the all-pervading consciousness. Hence Baba can express himself anywhere and at anytime. Therefore this experience today at Dwarakamai once again proves the omnipresence of Sai. May the bliss of Sai grace everyone!! SRI SATCHITHANANDA SAMARDA SADGURU SAINATH MAHARAJ KI JAI
