Monday, 30 September 2013 End of the World - Faith: In today’s Gospel, Jesus cautions the crowds about the reality that the end of the world can spring upon us unexpectedly. How often have we pondered on this truth? If we have, we will realise more fully, that what truly lasts are those moments when we were able to love God and one another. Msgr Philip Heng, S.J. Mt 13:47-52 Gospel Jesus said to the crowds: ‘The kingdom of Heaven is like a dragnet that is cast in the sea and brings in a haul of all kinds of fish.
