IS THIS A BRILLIANT IDEA OR WHAT? This idea was surfaced on The Five on FOX today and I think its a brilliant idea. Since it is now irrefutably proven that Obamacare was passed based on a fraud of the American people, why not just revote the Affordable Care Act (ACT) exactly as written. Nancy Pelosi cant complain because the folks will now know what they are getting if they vote for it. They wont have to pass it to find out whats in it. Note the polls are overwhelmingly against Obamacare. In fact it has never been more unpopular. In January both Houses of Congress will take the vote because the GOP controls both houses of congress. It doesnt matter what the liberals say or what the president says. This time the peoples representatives will be allowed to vote their conscious on behalf of their consituantes. It would be the exact same ACA bill, voted on as written, without any rewrite of anykind. It either passes or it doenst. Obviously this time it wont pass. This time even most democrats will vote aginst it. What can Obama do then? What can he do when a veto proof congress (becuase of the demcorat votes) kills Obamacare? Note that this wont be called a repeal bill. We wont give Obama and the Derms that kind of poltical cover. Well just say that the first time the bill was fraudulently presented and sold to the american people, as it was. So congress is simply voting on the same bill again minus the fraud. If Obama and the Dems like it they can campaign for itagain but this time thier lies wont fly becuase the turth is already out. This is a synch way to get rid of Obamacare.
