St Mary Bourne Parish Council Would you like to be a Parish Councillor? Residents from all parts of the Parish are able to stand if they wish so long as they are aged 18 or over. Councillors give about 30 hours per year in attending scheduled meetings which are held in the early evenings throughout the year. As you are likely to be someone interested in local matters, by virtue of your membership of Bourne Valley Signpost, do please give serious consideration to helping shape and form local decision making in the parish by putting yourself up for becoming a parish councillor.
