Staff Pick - from Laura, Reference and Readers Advisory Librarian As a lover of romance and chick-lit, Sophie Kinsellas novel Ive Got Your Number was right up my alley, and no doubt my favorite of her novels. Funny and heartwarming from beginning to end, it is a fast read that keeps you engaged the whole ride. Poppy Wyatt is on the verge of her wedding day when she loses her family heirloom engagement ring and gets her phone stolen all in the course of an hour. She then finds a cell phone in a trash bin (finders, keepers) that belongs to the former PA of Sam Roxton, and the story begins. The interaction between the two is entertaining and hilarity ensues as Poppy tries to get her life together before the big day, while simultaneously meddling in Sams life and business via his phone. The hero and heroine are equally likable characters who learn about themselves through each other, making this a perfect beach read, or curl up on the couch on a rainy day book.
