Staff is pretty excited and the kids will be thrilled when they go back the Middle School (in Constantine) this fall! I did hear from one person the work really isnt to be expected to be fully completed until around the beginning of the year. Theyre putting new brick-work on the front. This is just a ten second clip of the back parking lot, not too exciting maybe, since its after hours. I need to shoot somebody working maybe tomorrow. Its a good photo to use to go with the Monday night school board meeting. Im sure theyll talk all about the ongoing work. It was pretty clever of them to refinance bonds for years and get this extra money built-up to fix this aging structure....I was lucky enough to attend high school in this building from 1969-1971 when it was new. Loren Warfield was principal. Later I subst.-taught here.
