Staffordshire County Hockey U21’s 2014 25th June 2014 Good evening, Following our victory at the National Inter-counties Championships last month, we looking to put together an U21 County squad. We have been invited to represent the Midlands region in a tournament organised by the Combined Services who are looking to resurrect the old U21 inter-counties competition. We would welcome nominations of players from your cub to trial for this squad. The tournament takes place in Portsmouth over the weekend of 9-10th August. Over the past few seasons, we have increased the participation from clubs across the county at senior men’s level, but are aware that there are still clubs who are not yet represented.
