Standard Bank has changed its withdrawal system at ATMs, unsuccessfully, forcing thousands of clients to stand in queues at their branches where they will be charged exorbitant withdrawal fees. Is this fallout from the banks recent downgrading ? Quite frankly I find this whole business of battling to get at ones money degrading. We are all suffering withdrawal symptoms with nary a word of explanation or apology from the inefficient bungling bankers who in trying to live up to their motto Moving Forward have actually broken the bank.
