#StarVijay #KitchenSuperStar Looks like the the future contestants of for the above show should learn how to fillet a fish, veg & fruit carving, sugar works, cake decorations et al Last nights finals had one segment in which the the four finalists were asked to 1) julienne the carrots, 2) cube the raw plantain, 3) siice the yam 4) minch the garlic and 5) debone a whole chicken. Its ofcourse understood that the knife skills are also evaluated in a chefs career. He/she should develop it. But for the TV artists, who are the contestants in this show? Especially, the last of the task, i.e., deboning of a chicken is itself a nightmare even for half the batch of final year catering students. Those who specialize to become a chef, only will be able to do it without much fuss. Anyhow, be aware future contestants! Ive warned you! Good luck!
