Stardust & Goldust vs. RybAxel......... This Sunday at Money in the Bank, RybAxel looks to even the score with Goldust & Stardust. Since Goldust turned to the stars and found a winning partner in the enigmatic Stardust, the fierce, face-painted duo has enjoyed nothing but success, a streak that began with a victory over The Big Guy & The Axe Man. But if the always-dangerous combination of Ryback & Curtis Axel have their way, WWE’s new-look tag team will be nothing more than “dust in the wind” after their rematch at Money in the Bank. It was on the June 16 edition of Raw that Stardust premiered, teaming with Goldust to earn a key victory against RybAxel. The potent Ryback-Axel unit later chalked up the loss as a fluke, and on WWE Main Event, they issued a challenge for Money in the Bank, promising the painted pair would be no match for real bros. Now that the challenge has been accepted, the WWE Universe looks ahead to an immeasurably important match. A win at WWE Money in the Bank would not only bring RybAxel one step closer to championship contention, but could also stop Goldust & Stardust as a team before they truly get out of the gate. A victory for Goldust & Stardust, meanwhile, could go a long way in re-establishing the team, a familiar-looking pair, as legitimate title threats.
