Start Small would like to Introduce 2200 Fitness ( https://facebook/2200Fitness?fref=nf ) This is a Personal Training business that is owned and Operated by Jonathan Orr out of Cherry Point/Havelock North Carolina. I was stationed with Orr in NC and we shared the common passion of Fitness. We were the 2 Sailors who made our presence known in the Marine dominated world we were immersed in. Specifically, we both focused on not only increasing our education in the field (Him achieving his CPT and pursuing his bachelor’s and me getting my bachelor’s and pursuing my CSCS) but also in bringing our unique philosophy on how best to raise the American standard of health.
