Start a daily practice to bring the Spirit-Soul-Heart-Mind-Body connection to be in balance. Any meditation or spiritual practice that feels right will do. In moments of feeling un-centered or anxious, do not assume that youve lost your inner balance for it is not something so fragile. Inner balance is far more resilient than any external or surface disturbance can displace. Stay in the moment of anxiousness/stress/anger/sadness and feel it deeply, to the fullest. Your inner balance will help you absorb and de-energise it, not allowing it to settle into your system permanently.
