Start where you are. Dont compare. Just work to be a teeny tiny bit better today. If each week you make the smallest of gains in strength, in your diet, your cardio, your flexibility and your endurance can you imagine how far you will be in 6 months. Fitness is a marathon without a finish line. Focus on your own milestones not those of someone else. Even as a 25 year fitness professional I couldnt do one pull up until this year. Try as I might I just couldnt do them. Now Im not a pro yet but I can do 4! Yup--- 4! And I dont worry about the fact that I have less fit friends who can do way more. My only competitor is me! When my objective is only to be better than I was - I know I can hit that mark! What are YOU working on???
