Started chicken soup for dinner tonight and didnt want to use rice (again) so I put in potatoes first...then I realized maybe I could do something other than our basic chicken rice flavors, and it hit me: Duh, I just got a huge book of soup recipes. Hello, Katie! I checked the poultry category since I knew I had chicken to use, and we ended up with a delicious cabbage/coconut milk/potato soup to which I added turmeric because I felt like it. A beautiful yellow and so quick and easy!
