Started working in full swing as a Deputy Executive Director of Poverty Alleviation Fund(PAF) -PAF is Independent Organization established under Act 2063 approved by parliament . -PAF is chaired by Honourable Prime Minister of Nepal. -Its works in 59 districts of the country -It has partnership with 400 NGOs as local facilitating organizations. -Now it has been supporting more than 22,000 community organization(COs) -Major working principle is Community Based Demand Driven Development Approach and direct funding to community people - Following are the the four focus area of PAF - Community Mobilization -Capacity Building - Income Generation -And Rural Community Infrastructure Development.
