Starting September 1st, OMU will be using a new telephone system. This enhanced and improved system is designed for ease-of-use for our customers and our staff. However, as with any installation, there are a few changes and we want to provide some information to minimize the impact of this project on our customers. Anyone calling OMU and using a specific extension will notice a slight change. The new extensions will be 4 + the current extension number. For example, if you had been calling extension 099, you will now call 4099. As a reminder, the auto attendant message will indicate that our options have changed and to use a 4-digit extension. This will not affect our telephone menu options including pay-by-phone, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have any additional questions, please contact a member of our Customer Service Staff by calling (270) 926-3200.
