Starting a business is not easy. There are things you need to do that you have never done before. Hard work, focusing on the targets, self development, building leadership skills and most important have integrity and remember that people dont care how much you know until they know how much you care. Along with the hard work comes success and fun. Thank you to WFG, my friend and partner Robert Shamoun as well as my team and most important to my wife Shani Shveka Chen and kids. I had blast day playing golf in Iowa university golf club, spending time with old friends as well as good friends. I am honored to win that trip as recognition to the hard work and looking forward to our office trip to Punta Cana.
