Starting the year out right. Just spent 2 weeks together with family in New Mexico. Came home to a warm clean house with almost 10 lbs of King, Jumbo and Dungeness Crab, 7 lbs of Starbucks coffee beans, delicious figs, way too much yummy Christmas candy, turquoise & hematite necklace & earrings, a variety of pine incense from Old Town in Albuquerque, soft fuzzy pajama pants and a big warm sweatshirt from Mark, a (really sharp) chopping knife from Leah, a New Mexico Starbucks mug and a battery operated frosting shooter for decorating cakes from Michael & Amanda (will make it easier on this hateful arthritic hand)...plus lots more! Got to ride in a Tram to the top of the Sandia Mountains and explored the caves of Carlsbad Caverns. Michael & Amanda treated us to the endless meat supper at Tucanos and a Mexican Breakfast Burrito at the famous Frontier, had my first Bacon Chili Cheeseburger at 66 Pit Stop, and lots of Venti triple shot Lattes from Starbucks (my favorite). I feel spoiled rotten and loved every minute of it! Thank you Mark, Michael, Amanda & Leah for everything! It was a wonderful adventure with people I adore and now Im sitting all warm in my big comfy chair with little Bianca ...thoroughly content. Life is Good.
