Starting to see more changes with body!!! Itll be a year next month since I joined Rock Body Gym. The hard work is starting to pay off. Coming down in shirt size and pant size. Luther Scell said if I give him a year, there would be changes. Going to give him another year and see if we can make more changes. Thanks to Luther Scell and Michelle Scell for encouraging me to continue. And thanks to all my friends for your support and encouragement!! I might post a new pic at end the week!!
