Learning and Development Manager (Kuala Terengganu) Responsibilities: • Adopt necessary knowledge from SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) on new product & Services, system and policies, and provide consistent feedback on SOP • Develop, review and revise appropriate training syllabus/methods, and execute training programmes and assessment. • Conduct Training Need Analysis and prepare company training plan as required for execution. • Well versed in the selection of appropriate instructional procedures or methods such as individual training, group instruction, self study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role play and computer-based training. • Develop and conduct effective induction programme and new employee orientation. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training. • Excellent writing or verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. • At least 5 year(s) of relevant working experience and at least 3 year(s) experience in developing content and delivering training in a business environment. • Ability to effectively present information and respond to question from managers, associates, vendors, and/or customers. • Well versed in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel. • Able to work under minimal supervision, sometimes during odd hours, and complete assignment task within short time frame. • Ability to converse proficiently in Mandarin will be an added advantage Interested applicants may email or write-in with resume stating present and expected salary, together with a passport size photograph to: Starway Professional Educare Sdn.
