State are making home daycare to write up new contract for parents for hours and days as of Dec 1,2013. If the kid is in your home more then 12 hours in one day its time and a half now and also if the only attend part of the time due to visit to grandma/ parent or vacation you are to get paid regards. So Im going by rules and if not agreed then they can find care somewhere else its helpful to us so we know how to count our money. We also need a two week notice if the kids not coming any more. I guess that means now I have to charge a two week non refund deposit.
