Statist/socialist hubris turns into condescension. Putting aside the fact that the bulk of Obamacares targeted demographic has grown in a society where complex informational technology has become ubiquitous, americans in general already purchase an increasingly large portion of their goods and services thru the internet. Some businesses such as Amazon have been very successful at it for well over a decade. If ineptitude to conduct transactions resided with consumers, Amazon would have gone out of business a long time ago. In a relatively free market, businesses with defective interfaces and inefficient trading mechanism simply failed and went out of business. No such luck with a government forced monopoly.
