Status Update 4HIM Kenya 2013 By Chavaughn Diamond Brathwaite Happy Sabbath!!!! Sons and Daughters of the Most High I greet you all!!!! Today i met a woman named Angela in the slums of Moroto Chuda... i think she might have had aids or maybe something else... she was the 3rd sick person in a row whos little tiny mud or brick tin roof house we came to pray in today. hers was the cleanest we had seen. everything was absolutely neat and clean and organized... but i almost broke down and cried in front of her. i just wanted to hold her, tell her it will be ok.. i could see how hard it was for her to physically breath and walking was a struggle, she looked so frail and weak.. and when we told her we would be giving away clothes at the main stage of the village she said she would try to make it, and she did.. but i didnt see her come through the line... i saw how these people are living and the smell... My God... the smell... like literal poop...it was crazy to actually see ppl living in those conditions... Muslims and Christians alike... it was surreal... my prayer tonight is that everyone is blessed and can be thankful for what they do have, that you dont have to sleep on a dirty floor or mattress, or that you have a job and food and clothes and your health... seeing it hard for Angela to even speak broke my heart. even through this little cold that i have, seeing her i had to thank God for my health!!! my thoughts and prayers go out to her and the people of Moroto Chuda tonight...
