Status Update By Luke Mcgruer What sups are you on? Nothing, lift heavy eat real food, high fat low carb. Yea but what else, how do I get abs for summer? Eat proper food not that shit you eat! And lift heavy! Yea but what can I take to get ripped? Fine, use protein. Na a real sup to get ripped and strong. Youre an idiot... Conversation sound familiar?! Wise words from Luke...Owner/Trainer Mount CrossFit Think of your body as a cake, the ingredients and flavor of the cake is nutrition without this you dont even have a cake to start with! And with poor ingredients your cake will not work. Next comes the icing, this is your training. Although you may have a nice cake you NEED good icing on it to make it an awesome cake! Finally just to top the cake off you have the option of a few sprinkles (chocolate, hundreds&thousands, anything) These are supplements! The last 5% of your cake just to give it a little edge on someone elses cake. You cant start with sprinkles if you dont have a cake in the first place, and if you have a flat, ugly cake with horrible icing no amount of sprinkles are going to make it taste nice! Make sure you get your foundations sorted before you even look at supplements. Diet and training will out do any pill popper, any day of the week! — at Mount CrossFit
