Status Update By Sandy Living Feather This is what I know about the struggle and holy wars that have been going of forever in the Middle East, or between the Arabs and the Jews in the beginning, and now between the Arabs and now the Jews who are allied by the Christians. This is where it all began. I know this story is in the Torah (the Jewish Bible), and Ive heard it is in the Quran (I dont know that for a fact): The Philistines arrived by way of Cyprus and Crete from the Aegean Sea , were one group of a number of migrating sea peoples, were used as mercenaries by the Cananite rulers, were few but ferocious in battle, lived along the southwest coast, were friendly to Isaac but were the foreunners of the nation that would plague Isreal through Joshua, the judges and David. Issac is Abraham’s son by Sarah Ishmael is Abrahams son by Hagar. All of this is taking place in Isaacs and Ishmaels time. Abrahams family and descendants were blessed by God with a covenant. Ishmael is considered to be the father of the Arab nations. Ismael was also rescued by God in the desert when Sarah sent Hagar away because of the jealousy between the children of Abraham. So far so good, right? Who would think anything could go wrong? OH HELL NO!!! Why are we fighting with these people? Why are these people trying to kill us? Abraham lived during the Bronze age!!!!!!!!!! Knowing all of this information as we did in the 1960s, Why in the hell did we go to the Middle East and teach them how to drill oil so they could become rich enough to wage terrorism against all infedels which include Christians? The first known offense that I have been able to document is that the Philistines were jealous of Isaac because everything he did was successful and they plugged his water wells. Just so you understand, this was in Gerar on the edge of a vast desert, where water was as valuable as gold. To plug someones well was an act of war and the most serious crime of the land. I cant fill in the whole story from the Bronze Age until 2014!!!
