URGENT NEED CV,S A) Production & Operation 1 Senior Structural Engineer 2 Senior Process Engineer 3 Senior Mechanical Engineer 4 Senior Electrical Engineer 5 Senior Instruments Engineer 6 Operations Engineer 7 Rotating Engineer POSITION : SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER REPORTS TO : MANAGER, OPERATIONS SUPPORT Positions Descriptions •Update and maintain facilities structural engineering drawings and records so as to ensure that the documents are up to date. •Participate in HSE audits and technical review as the representative from the Operation Section. •Ensure all Safety and Life Saving Equipment installed on the Platform are regularly inspected and certified. •Coordinate with the Inspection/Corrosion Engineer, the planning & execution of structural-related inspection activities on HIP and ensure technical integrity of structures and topside facilities based on inspection are maintained. •Prepare underwater structural scope of inspection and analyze inspection reports to ensure all the survey conducted is comprehensive and the results are representative of the structure integrity. •Undertake all facilities improvement proposals related to structures and review the design for implementations. •Prepare lifting/rigging procedure related to complex crane, marine vessel maneuvers to ensure all lifting operations are carried out safely. •Assist the Senior Operations Engineer in the day to day management of the operations activities to ensure all work is planned, managed, coordinated and delivered in accordance with the approved schedule and budget. Technical Criteria: Essential Criteria •Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering. •Minimum seven (7) years in Offshore Gas Platform Operations or platform yard fabrication, offshore installation and hook-up. •Have experience in gas platform PSMP (Platform Structural Maintenance Painting) protection. •Well verse in Shell DEPs, ASME, PTS and other international codes and standards. -- POSITION : SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER REPORTS TO : MANAGER, OPERATIONS SUPPORT Positions Descriptions •Provide Technical Support to the Offshore Operations Team as they conduct their dayto- day duties, with the aim of optimizing production. •Conduct troubleshooting for process system eg. Compressor system, glycol dehydration system etc studies. •Function as a focal point to any HAZOP related to facilities major upgrade and/or modification associated with process operations. •Develop procedures relating to process optimization. •Oversee the maintenance of a mini laboratory on HIP and monitor tests carried out. Technical Criteria: Essential Criteria •Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering. •Minimum seven (7) years of working experience in offshore oil & gas operations, especially gas production facilities. •In depth experience in troubleshooting Oil & Gas Separation, Gas Compression, Glycol Dehydration, Produced Water Treatment, Chemical Injection and Condensate Dewatering systems issues. •Able to draft Production/Operations Procedures and coordination of its formalization on site.
