For all kinds of immigrants, my legal win is the first of its kind in American history :-) No more immigrants with proper documents will be barred by authorities from coming-back to the US once traveling abroad. For Muslim/Arab community, my case represents cases of victims who were targeted -because of their political opinions and activism- by Anti-Muslim/Arab extreme groups, who misinformed authorities with their propaganda, and influenced them to abuse their authorities, benefiting from all confusions of 9/11 hysteria, anti-Muslim/Arab propaganda, and US administration unclarity of understanding and dealing with Islamic political groups, globally and locally. Two and a half years ago, the article below generally explains my case. I came back to the states around 3 months ago. The treatments of authorities was respectful, professional, and legal. The American judicial and political systems proved to be healthy and self-correcting, although after 11 years of all kinds of struggles I had to got through along with my family. I wish we will have happy ending and I can, peacefully, live and settle with my family, just like any other normal simple person, without suffering from any targeting and/or abusing of my dignity, freedom, and legal rights. :-) Picture is of Summer of 2009.
