Stay away from First residential Services or Wolin-Levin Property Management! Worst property management company, ever. Wolin-Levin manage the properties at University Village in South Loop. Property associations, being what they are, this is one of the worst, most poorly managed property management companies most of the ownership has ever experienced. They are ineffective, arrogant, argumentative, vindictive and unresponsive. They were chosen by the builder until management of the association is turned over to the property owners at some point in the future. Those considering the purchase of property at University Village, beware!
